Return & Replacement Policy

Blancspace products are made in small batches and carefully checked before dispatch. We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect colour selection, size preference, or styling preference after delivery.

We accept replacement requests only if:

• The product arrives damaged
• You receive the wrong product or colour
• The product has a manufacturing defect

To raise a replacement request, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at contact@blancspace.in or WhatsApp us at +91 8287752714.

Please share:

• Your order number
• An unboxing video
• Clear photos showing the damage or issue

All replacement requests are subject to verification. If the request is approved, we will arrange a replacement. If a replacement is not possible, we may offer store credit or another suitable resolution depending on the case.

Please note

• Props, styling accessories, and other objects shown in product images are not included unless specifically mentioned on the product page.
• Minor colour differences may occur due to screen settings, lighting conditions, and material variation.
• For 3D-printed products, fine layer lines and subtle surface variations are a natural part of the manufacturing process and are not considered defects.
• We do not accept replacement requests for damage caused by misuse, incorrect handling, exposure to excessive heat, improper cleaning, or other forms of improper care after delivery.
• Products must not be discarded before your replacement request has been reviewed.
