Return & Replacement Policy

Each Blancspace planter is made to order. Because of this, we do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for change of mind, wrong color selection, wrong size preference, or styling preference after delivery.

We accept replacement requests only if:
- The product arrives damaged
- You receive the wrong color or model
- The product has a manufacturing defect

To raise a replacement request, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at contact@blancspace.in or WhatsApp us at +91 8287752714 with:
- Order number
- Unboxing video
- Clear photos of the damage or issue

All replacement requests are subject to verification. If the request is approved, we will arrange a replacement or store credit depending on the case.

Please note:
- Plants and accessories shown in images are not included.
- Minor color differences may occur due to screen settings, lighting, and the made-to-order nature of the product.
- We do not accept returns for products damaged due to misuse, incorrect handling, or improper care after delivery.
