At Blancspace, every planter is carefully prepared so it reaches you safely and ready to style in your home.

Order Processing

Most Blancspace planters are made and packed with care after your order is placed. Orders are usually processed within 2–4 working days.

During high-demand periods, custom orders, or festive seasons, processing may take slightly longer. If there is any unusual delay, we will keep you informed.

Delivery Timeline

Once your order is dispatched, delivery usually takes 3–7 working days, depending on your location and courier availability.

Estimated timelines may vary for remote locations, public holidays, weather disruptions, or courier delays.

Shipping Charges

We offer free delivery on orders above ₹2,499.

For orders below ₹2,499, shipping charges, if applicable, will be calculated and shown at checkout before payment.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive tracking details through email, SMS, or WhatsApp, depending on the contact details provided during checkout.

Please allow some time for the tracking link to become active after dispatch.

Delivery Address

Please make sure your shipping address, phone number, and pincode are correct before placing the order.

Blancspace will not be responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete address details. If you notice an error after placing your order, please contact us as soon as possible.

Failed Delivery Attempts

If the courier is unable to deliver due to an incorrect address, unavailable recipient, or failed delivery attempts, the package may be returned to us.

In such cases, re-shipping charges may apply.

Damaged Package or Product

We pack every order carefully, but if your product arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, please share:

  • Order number
  • Clear photos of the damaged product
  • Photos of the outer packaging
  • Unboxing video, if available

Once verified, we will offer a suitable replacement or resolution as per our Refund & Replacement Policy.

Product Note

Plants, props, books, furniture, or decor items shown in product images are used for styling purposes only and are not included with the planter unless clearly mentioned on the product page.
